– 1 Large bag of tortilla chips (your favorite brand)
– 1 can chili with bean (or without if you prefer)
– 1 brick of cream chees (8 oz)
– 1 bag of Mexican blend cheese (your favorite brand)
Take a corning ware dish (or any other dish that can go in the microwave or oven). Spread the cream cheese out along the bottom of the dish until the bottom is covered and the cream cheese is spread evenly. Next empty the chili on top and spread evenly over the cream cheese. Then take the Mexican cheese and spread a thick layer on top of the chili. Heat in the microwave for 5 minutes or warm in the oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.
This dish will sit well in the fridge overnight if you want to put it together the night before and then heat it when ready.
